1.Re-inspection of coming raw material

1.1 Review Mill material test certificate

1.2 Size, marking and surface inspection of raw material ，10% for each Heat/Lot

1.3 Chemical analysis of raw material ，1 piece for each Heat/Lot

2 Heat treatment inspection

2.1 Verify heat treatment process (Heating, Insulation, Cooling)

2.2 Verify heat treatment curve

3 Mechanical property inspection

3.1Mechanical properties test ，1 piece for each Heat/Lot

3.2 Product hardness test, For example, A234 WPB material 100% Fullfil the inspection request.

4 NDE inlcudes X-RAY RT test, PT test, PMI test, MT and UT test as per contract requirement.

5. Hydrostatie test as per contract requirement

6. Intergranular corrosion as per ASTM A262 A&C

HIC test as per NACE TM0284

7. Visual Inspection

7.1 view test includes Size/Dimenison ， Wall thickness ，Surface, Identification etc) for finished products ，10-20% for each size.
